Had a wonderful experience at Team Toyota, even went to a few other dealerships and came back. Salesman-Jonathan Bonatz was very helpful and not your typical pushy salesman. I had not purchased a new vehicle in 15 years and they made my experience easy and quick. Also had my wheels customized and dealt with the service team which they were also very helpful and honestly quite lovely to deal with. I had an amazing experience at this dealership! Jon, the salesman, was fantastic—no pressure or gimmicks, just a genuine approach that made me want to buy a car from him. The gentleman in finance was also great to work with—no pressure, just clear explanations that made everything make sense. In the end, I decided to purchase the extended warranty which I never do. This is the fourth Toyota dealership I have gone to and by far the easiest and BEST to deal with. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Way to go Team Toyota!!!!

I never like going to car dealerships. I feel like you’re there all day however, that was not my experience at team Toyota of Princeton. I found my car. They ran the numbers. We did a little negotiating, and I was out the door in less than three hours! Which for me was amazing. The staff were all very welcoming and polite. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!! 5 Stars for Team Toyota!

I called in to schedule an appointment for a 15,000 mile check and oil change service. Not only did I get an appointment that same day, but I was scheduled with an hour from the time that I called. I was dreading this maintenance call and they made it so painless that I cannot wait to go back. I went in to start my search process for a new or used Highlander. They had a lightly used 2024 Hybrid in stock at a very good price compared to a new version. The paperwork took an hour or so but the process was smooth and painless. The salesperson Alpha seemed to get what we were looking for and quickly found the right vehicle. I had a terrific experience buying a new Toyota yesterday. I just walked into the showroom without an appointment because I wanted to have a question answered about a possible trade-in. Everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable and agreeable and i learned a lot about the process of buying a car. The first person I talked to gave me the basics and showed me two possible cars I might want. She offered test drives but I demurred because I really didn't think I would buy a car so quickly. Then Cesali took over and walked me through every step of the process including the value of my car for a trade-in. It was much lower than I had imagined so she worked with the managers to make it more enticing. I didn't intend to buy a car that day but after hearing all she had to say, and she was quite charming, I decided to buy on the spot. Matt then took over and was really nice and helpful. I didn't want a care package but he explained it all so well that I went for it. Cesali then explained all the things I would need to know to drive the car and made sure I understood every process. She had me come back today with my cellphone and fixed up the Bluetooth for me. Everyone really went out of their way to help me. At almost 84 I need smart young people to set me straight and all three were quite accommodating. I love my new car already ! Ann Kerr

We just purchased a 2025 Toyota Rav 4 at Team Toyota, in Princeton NJ. Alisha R. was phenomenal. Her knowledgeable, warm, friendly, accommodating personality made this big purchase easy. I was considering to just trade in my Chevy for a new Chevy. And although, the Chevy dealership was professional, it was Alisha(toyota) spending the time with us....is what ultimately made us choose Toyota and we got a good deal.
