I bought brand new Tacoma in May 2023, received only one key fob with purchase and was told the second will be delivered in 3 months. It's been almost a year and still didn't get it. When I went to the dealership they told me I will not receive the second key fob (they literally told me there is no recall for second key fob). But if I want I can buy one... Also they scratched wheels while doing first rotation. Edit. So, after leaving this comment they found the key next day! About the wheels, instead of painting them we agreed on doing free service on my other car which is RAV4. They were supposed to do drain and fill transmission fluid but did oil change and broke the filter housing... Overall I'd say they provide great customer service but car service is not so good.

I had an extremely negative experience with my dealership. The tailgate on my 2023 Tacoma unexpectedly detached, narrowly avoiding serious injury to my son. The warranty claim for both the failed part and the resulting tailgate damage was denied due to an alleged external cause. This is unacceptable.

Team Toyota Service Experience. Summary: TeamCARE Service Package $370+/4 trips is not TOYOTACARE so it is NON-TRANSFERABLE to any other dealership if you move. So I lost half the value of my Service Package. I asked them to credit me half and they said tough. I have had my Toyota Sienna serviced by Team Toyota at least 10 times between 32-85k miles over 5 years. TWICE the technicians did something such that my weather mats jammed into my front brake area so my car malfunctioned including applying braking I was not doing and flashing all lights and shutting off shortly after the service visit. Both times they "fixed it" while on the last time they told me my mat was screwed up and had caused the same issue both times. They didn't charged or had a minimal charge for fixing shortly after the visit causing the issue. I have since bought the clip in Toyota OEM weather mat versus the WeatherTech one I had been using and have not had any issues post-service. I never had any issues with the mats / braking / lights issue myself except right after these visits. Besides the mat issue, I feel like the service performed was acceptable. The waiting area is very nice. One thing about the service center is they will make you wait a minimum of 1-2 hours, then they will ALWAYS attempt to sell you additional work, such as AC Fluid Flush, Engine and Air Cabin Filters, Transmission Fluid Flush, New Tires, New Brakes, etc. I've never had them not try to sell me something. Maybe that makes their manager smile. I've been to plenty of private service centers who do the oil change and say you're good to go, keep an eye on xyz in 10,000 miles. Anyway, after trying to sell you something, if you say yes it takes them about 1/2 of the time of the mechanic labor hours they're billing you for, and then you'll be done and get your keys back. i.e. 60 mins for AC Flush bill = done in 30. Maybe there are two mechanics. I don't know. Maybe they're overbilling. If you say no, it still usually takes another 10-20 mins to get your car and go. My average trip there is like 2.5 hours. Since graduating college 21 years ago, I've only owned Toyotas, starting with Corolla, Camry Solara and now the Sienna. Toyotas are great, the reliability is amazing, the value over time is amazing, the service is easy and affordable. My family member bought his Highlander last year from Holman Toyota in Mt Laurel and told me about the service department so I tried it. WOW. It's like night and day so so so much better in the service department. I was in and out in under 60 minutes for my 90k service where they didn't have to do any additional work. They also sold me a transferrable (any dealership) Toyota Care 5 visit 2 year $370+tax package. Team Toyota has lost my business because there are other Toyota dealers in the area that treat customers better.

Not all Toyota dealerships created equal and this one is definitely a top tier. I was out in market to buy a 2025 Land Cruiser which is hard to find. Where three other dealerships, closer to me, didn't have but had attitudes. This place had one just delivered but no attitude, and willingness to work on a price where others asking for a markup. Within few hours I was driving out a 2025 Land Cruiser with few thousand dollars below MSRP. Credit goes to Cesali Gutierrez and Rob Tavares (Sales) to get it done.

This is my first time owning a Toyota. I bought a 2021 Toyota Tundra crewmax which I absolutely love in Kansas. We are military so we moved across the country to New Jersey shortly after we purchased the truck. The truck had an ongoing unresolved issue. Princeton Toyota patiently tried to fix it a few different ways. After a couple fixes they realized it was stemming from a larger issue. They never just tried to brush me off. Their service Manager Brian Peters kept me up to date, and never let the ball drop. He was fiercely persistent and got my truck fixed. I was always a FORD girl, but I am forever sold on Toyota. The customer service I received from Brian Peters as well as every single person I interacted with at Princeton Toyota as well as Toyota Headquarters was the most amazing customer service I have ever seen. When Brian Peters called me and told me they finally found out how to fix my truck I think I cried actual tears I was so happy. Thank you 🙏 . Thank you for taking care of our military family.
